Founder & CEO
Dani is a former pro soccer player turned CEO, building a career at the intersection of sports, business, and brand partnerships.
She won an NWSL Championship with the Portland Thorns, reached back-to-back finals with the Seattle Reign, and competed internationally in the Russian Premier League and German Bundesliga, giving her a front-row seat to the global business of sport and athlete branding.
After retiring, Dani coached with the U.S. Youth National Team and at the collegiate level before moving into sports sponsorships and strategic partnerships, where she’s spent the past decade negotiating high-value deals, driving revenue, and building brand collaborations that deliver real impact.
As women’s sports continue to rise, Dani saw a clear gap and a greater purpose: to represent the athlete she once was, and help shape a better, more equitable path for the next generation.

Lauren Young is a former Division I dual-sport athlete at the University of Michigan, where she competed in both basketball and high jump. She knows firsthand what it takes to perform at an elite level, on the court, in competition, and in life.
Today, Lauren is the President of MB Activate at Media Bridge, the agency’s earned media division. A nationally recognized marketing leader, she blends strategic vision with creative innovation to craft campaigns that connect human stories to global brands.
She’s led high-impact work for top names like Nike, Adidas, McDonald's, Bumble, Caribou Coffee, Harley-Davidson, and U.S. Bank, brands that invest in authenticity, performance, and emotional connection. Her work drives visibility, loyalty, and real results.
